Gordana Poscic (1962), MPT, IPNFA® Advanced Instructor, CLT® Instructor, recently retired from her own Private Practice of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation in Rijeka, Croatia with experience of more then 40 years in physiotherapy field. She holds PNF and CLT Concept courses in different countries.

The CLT® Concept (Coordinative Locomotor Training)
The CLT® (Coordinative Locomotor Training) is an innovative training and treatment concept that addresses locomotor system dysfunctions through a problem-solving approach. Developed by Britta Dietz (IPNFA® Advanced Instructor) as an evolution of the PNF® Concept, CLT® integrates both hands-on and hands-off techniques within a personalized framework to restore stability, strength, coordination, mobility, and pain-free movement.
The concept engages the entire body through dynamic coordinative structures, such as sprinter and skater synergies, which are functionally applied in various movement tasks and gait. These synergies represent functional units and involuntary coordination patterns organized along dominant neural pathways, forming both the theoretical foundation and practical objective of the CLT® method.
By observing daily and sports-related activities as expressions of whole-body coordination, Britta Dietz incorporated implicit learning—learning without conscious awareness—to accelerate problem solving, optimize motor control, and improve movement efficiency. Through precise control of key body points, muscular imbalances can be corrected, restoring functional alignment and coordinated system behavior. Facilitation in CLT® influences the entire person, aiming to achieve efficient, anti-gravity movement across all positions and stages of motor control.
